Ownership of work produced specifically for a client engagement is governed by the separate agreement for that engagement.

Fees, payment schedules, and billing arrangements for our services are set out in the agreement or proposal for each engagement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due as stated in that agreement. Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms are separate from our service fees and are funded by you.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular outcome, ranking, or result will be achieved, as many factors affecting digital performance are outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeeksForTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GeeksForTech and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of our website or services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or services if you breach these terms or use them in a way that may cause harm to us, our clients, or others.

Termination of any client engagement is otherwise governed by the separate agreement for that engagement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the applicable laws and competent authorities of Vietnam.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date shown on this page.

Your continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
